GLP-1 Standard Treatment Plan – $25

If you and your provider determine that a medication such as Zepbound (tirzepatide), Mounjaro (tirzepatide) Wegovy (semaglutide), or Ozempic (semaglutide) injection is the right choice for you, you may begin a standard treatment plan of once weekly (Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic) injections. These injections are given through an injection pen. These medications are all FDA approved for weight loss.

Standard Treatment Plans DO NOT include the price of your medication as it must be purchased by you separately. Your GLP-1 Standard Treatment Plan includes submission of your prescription to your desired local pharmacy (or Lilly Direct), as well as unlimited support from your healthcare provider and patient support team for your treatment duration (until your next follow-up is due). Please check pricing and availability with your desired pharmacy prior to purchasing your treatment plan service.

For GLP-1 standard treatment plans, a follow-up consultation with your provider is required at your first refill if you were new to the medication. For subsequent refills or if you were previously on the medication, follow-ups are required every 6 months.

GLP-1 Standard Maintenance Plan – $35

Similar to the Standard Treatment Plan, however follow-ups are only required every 9 months once your provider determines you are maintenance status. Maintenance plans do not include the price of your medication as it must be purchased separately.

Important Note for both Standard Treatment & Maintenance Plans: We do not complete prior authorizations for insurance coverage at this time. If one is needed, we recommend an in-person visit with your PCP to help you discuss your options. You may be eligible for some coverage or a coupon without a prior authorization at your insurance provider’s discretion. Please reach out to them directly for information on what they will cover.

GLP-1 Custom Treatment Plans – Variable Pricing (see custom-compounded options below)

Custom GLP-1 Treatment Plans are intended for patients who have a need for custom dosing of GLP-1 medications, or for those seeking an alternative route of administration. Custom treatment plans include the full cost of ordering & shipping your medication to your home, supplies, and unlimited support from your healthcare provider and patient support team for your treatment duration (until your next follow-up is due). 

Custom treatment plans include prescription medications from a compounding pharmacy. While we only send prescriptions to vetted and accredited compounding pharmacies, the medications they provide are not FDA approved or regulated. Due to regulations that govern the availability of certain compounded medications, we are unable to guarantee the availability of any particular medication at any time. Some compounded medications may include more than one active medication ingredient intended to enhance your success (such as B12, glycine, or niacinamide), so please review options carefully. Injectable compounded medications require administration from a medication vial using a syringe/needle (instructions on preparing and injecting the medication are provided).

While standard treatment plans remain the “gold standard”, a custom treatment plan may be right for you if:

• You have a history of GERD (acid reflux), gastroparesis, gastritis, or other conditions that may require you to start at a lower dose or increase at lower increments than commercially available dosing. 
• You have previously taken a GLP-1 medication and had side effects requiring a dose that is not commercially available.
• Your provider determines you need to increase or decrease your dose in increments that are not commercially available.
• You need a dose suitable for custom interval dosing as determined by your provider (such as if you need to dose more or less frequently to achieve desired effects).

You may discuss if a custom treatment plan is right for you with your provider during your consultation. 

Custom GLP-1 treatment plans are provided in a tier system as individual doses will vary. Pricing includes the total cost of ordering the medication, shipping, supplies, and unlimited support from your healthcare provider and support team for the duration of your treatment until your next consultation.
