Your consult fee pays for your licensed provider's time, evaluation of your health history, and your written treatment plan. Medication costs are billed separately.
Medication costs vary by treatment type and formulation, and are billed separately from your consult fee. Compounded GLP-1 plans start at $95 per month (ordered as two-month supplies). Brand-name medications like Zepbound and Wegovy are billed at the manufacturer's or your local pharmacy's rate depending on your fulfillment choice.
We don't process insurance claims or prior authorizations. You pay us directly for consults, and medications are billed by the pharmacy. Depending on your plan, you may be able to submit for reimbursement through your insurance provider on your own.
HSA and FSA cards typically cover medical consult fees and prescription medications, but eligibility rules vary by account. Check with your HSA or FSA administrator to confirm what's covered for your specific plan. We do accept HSA & FSA cards for payment.
Your consult fee covers your provider's time and evaluation regardless of outcome. If a medication isn't the right fit for you, your provider will explain why and discuss other options.
