Tier, Extended & Monthly Plans
Tier Plans
Most Popular~8–10 weeks of medication- Our most popular option, providing approximately 8–10 weeks of medication with excellent flexibility for dose titration as needed.
- If you are new to GLP-1 medications, or have not taken one in some time, you will begin at Tier 1.
- If you are already established on a GLP-1 medication, select the tier that aligns with your current weekly dose. Documentation of your current prescription will be required to order beyond Tier 1.
- If you are planning to increase your dose, you may select the next tier accordingly.
Recommended dosing ranges for each tier can be found under the applicable medication dropdown below.
Extended Plans
3–4+ months of medication- Ideal for patients seeking maximum flexibility with 3–4+ months of customized dosing and titration.
- If you are new to GLP-1 medications or have not taken one recently, you will begin with the Foundation Plan.
- If you are already established, select the plan that aligns with your current weekly dose. Documentation of your current prescription will be required to order a Momentum or Elevate plan.
Worth knowing. Because Momentum and Elevate plans include a larger quantity of medication, we strongly recommend that new patients first try a Monthly or Tier Plan to make sure they tolerate and respond to the specific formulation.
Monthly Plans
~5 weeks per vial- An excellent option for patients who prefer a lower upfront cost, or who want to see how they respond to a specific formulation before committing to a longer supply.
- If you are new to GLP-1 medications or have not taken one recently, you will begin with the lowest-dose Monthly Plan.
- If you are already established, select the plan that aligns with your current weekly dose. Documentation of your current prescription will be required to order beyond the starting dose.
- Monthly plans are typically dispensed as a single vial and are intended for use within five weeks.
If you need a supply beyond five weeks, please select a Tier or Extended Plan instead.
Beyond-Use Dates & Pharmacy Types
Understanding 503A vs 503B
Beyond-Use Dates (BUDs) define the recommended window for using a compounded medication while it still meets its safety and effectiveness standards. Because BUDs depend on how a medication is prepared and regulated, it helps to know the difference between 503A and 503B pharmacies.
503A Pharmacies
Traditional Compounding- Prepare customized medications based on a patient-specific prescription.
- Primarily regulated at the state level.
- Focus on personalized formulations for individual patients.
- Follow more conservative BUD guidelines.
Beyond-Use Date
