Here at Lavender Sky we believe in upfront and transparent pricing. We do not charge monthly memberships and have zero hidden fees. You pay us when you need us!

Services Pricing
Pricing varies based on the type of service, ensuring you only pay for the care you need.
Our fee schedule allows us to keep treatment prices low and to avoid subscriptions and recurring charges for our patients. We understand that life and finances can change, so we give you the freedom to utilize our services when you need us.

New Patient Consults $65
For new patients joining the Lavender Sky Health family

Follow-up Consults $45
Follow-up consults for established Lavender Sky Health patients (required every 6 months for patients on active treatment plans and every 9 months for patients on maintenance dosing). Follow-up consultations include the medication refill fee.

Medication Refill Only $25
For refills of GLP's, oral weight loss meds, and sexual/hormonal health meds, the admin fee is $25. Standard GLP-1 refills have a reduced fee of $15. Wellness medication request fees are $10. If requesting multiple medication/treatment types, you only pay one admin fee per order.
Health Coaching
Health Coaching sessions include a 30-45 minute private phone or video call, a personalized health plan, and 3 months of bulletins and webinars.
