- We release our schedule in short intervals due to varying provider availability. If it appears fully booked, additional openings will be posted within 1–2 weeks

Health Coaching sessions include a 30-45 minute video call with a health coach to develop your personalized wellness plan, as well as weekly bulletins and monthly webinars for 3 months after your session.
Health Coaching is for motivational, dietary, fitness, and advice coaching ONLY, not for GLP-1 or wellness medication prescriptions &/or refills.
**Please Note** No medications can be prescribed during Health Coaching services.
