At A Time, Whenever You Like
Pre-Pay For Future Orders
Put money toward your next order before the invoice arrives, so a larger order doesn't have to land all at once.
You'll be redirected to our secure payment processor.
Three Steps To Apply A Pre-Payment
A pre-payment sits on your account until you ask us to apply it. It isn't applied automatically, so nothing happens without you.
Step 01
Send A Pre-Payment
Pay $100 toward a future order whenever it suits you. You don't need an open invoice to send one, and you can send as many as you like.
Step 02
We Hold It For You
Your pre-payment stays on your account. It doesn't expire on its own and it isn't tied to any particular order.
Step 03
You Ask Us To Apply It
Once your next invoice has been issued, email us with the invoice number and we'll apply your pre-payment to it. That's the step that puts the credit toward what you owe.
Wait for the invoice before you ask. We can only adjust an invoice that has already been issued, so send your request after it arrives rather than before. Email support@lavenderskyhealth.com with your invoice number.
Step three is going away. With our patient portal upgrade, a pre-payment will be issued to you as a coupon you can apply to a future order yourself — no email, no waiting on us to adjust anything. We'll update this page once it's live.
What Pre-Paying Does And Doesn't Do
Stack As Many As You Want
Send several pre-payments over time and they'll all sit on your account together, ready to go toward the same invoice.
It's Not A Subscription
Nothing recurring is set up and nothing is charged on a schedule. Every pre-payment is a one-off you choose to make.
It Doesn't Pay An Invoice By Itself
An open invoice still needs to be paid the usual way. A pre-payment reduces what you owe only once we've applied it to that invoice.
Getting A Pre-Payment Back
If you change your mind, a pre-payment you haven't used yet can be returned to you.
You can request a refund within 180 days of purchase. You'll receive the original amount minus a 5% card processing fee, which isn't refundable.
Once a pre-payment has been applied to an invoice it can't be refunded. If you're unsure whether you want to use one on a particular order, it's worth deciding before you ask us to apply it.
Submitting a pre-payment means you agree to our Terms, Conditions, and Policies.
Questions Before You Send One?
Our support team can tell you what's already on your account and how it would apply to your next order.
