Rescheduling & Time Zone Information

To reschedulereview time zone(s), or view your provider’s availability, please reference your booking confirmation email.

Time Zone

All times default to Eastern Standard Time (EST) unless you designated your time zone in the booking app.

You can select the reschedule link to change your time zone and reschedule your appointment. 

Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel your appointment and request a refund, please:

Please note: Refunds will only be provided for scheduled calls that have not yet taken place. If you missed your appointment, you will need to book another appointment.

No Appointments That Work for You?

If you are unable to locate an available appointment day/time that works best for you, please consider submitting an E-Consult instead.
E-Consults are electronically verified and do not require a scheduled appointment with a provider.
Your E-Consult will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.

Why Was My Phone Consultation Canceled?

Your phone consultation cancellation may have occurred for one of the following reasons:

  • Missing or incorrect information
