UpdatingYour Payment Method in the Patient Portal

Need to swap out a card or change payment methods? See below:

Patient Portal – Update Payment Method

To update your invoice payment method in the patient portal, please follow the steps below.

  1. Log into the secure patient portal and select “Invoices” from the sidebar menu

2. Select “Invoices” again, then select “My Billing” from the drop down menu.

3. Remove your current payment method by selecting the trash icon next to your current payment method.

4. Select “Add New Payment Method“.
