**Please note: Once payment has been made directly to the pharmacy for a brand-name prescription, the order cannot be canceled or changed. Because of this, switches to a compounded option are not possible after purchase.

If you are interested in switching, you may submit a request for additional medication after 21 days. Depending on your eligibility, this request can be submitted through either the refill form or, if needed, a follow-up consult form.
