Dosing & Titration
Where to find your exact dose, why your vial label might not match it, and who to ask when something does not look right.
The Question We Get Most
Tier packages are built to cover a range of custom doses, so the pharmacy often prints the lowest dose or a dose range on the label rather than your specific number. That is normal and expected with custom dosing — the label describes what is in the vial, not what you take.
Where Your Dose Comes From
Three different things tell you three different parts of the answer, and it helps to know which is which.
Sets your prescription — which medication, what dose, and when it changes. Nothing else overrides that.
The reference for the medication itself — the recommended schedule, how titration steps up, and the units that match each concentration. Use it to guide your titration of doses in between provider follow-ups.
Turns your prescribed milligrams into the units to draw up for the concentration printed on your vial.
Finding The Right One
Every medication we offer has its own summary, with the recommended schedule and the titration steps laid out.
- 1Open The Rx Summaries Page
Everything we offer is there, grouped by category.
- 2Select Your Prescribed Medication
If several pharmacies appear, match the one named on your invoice or vial label.
- 3Review The Schedule & Titration Steps
Then use the units for your concentration when you draw up your dose.
Ask Before You Guess
Everyone in the chain is human, and a mismatch is exactly the kind of thing we want flagged. If your label, your Rx Summary and what you were told do not line up, do not split the difference — ask, and wait for an answer before you dose.
- 1Log In To Your Patient Portal
The same portal you use for your consults and messages.
- 2Select Provider Messages
This goes to your prescribing provider, not a general inbox.
- 3Send Your Question
Include your medication, the concentration on the vial, and the dose you were told — that is everything needed to answer you in one reply.
When The Numbers Do Not Add Up
A late dose is not an emergency, so there is no need to rush a decision you are unsure about. Message your provider, wait for the answer, then dose. For anything about your order or shipment, our support team is here for you 7 days a week.
