Tier, Extended, and Monthly plan breakdowns
Tier plans โญ Most popular
~8โ10 weeks of medication- Our most popular option, providing approximately 8โ10 weeks of medication with excellent flexibility for dose titration as needed.
- If you are new to GLP-1 medications, or have not taken one in some time, you will begin at Tier 1.
- If you are already established on a GLP-1 medication, select the tier that aligns with your current weekly dose. Documentation of your current prescription will be required to order beyond Tier 1.
- If you are planning to increase your dose, you may select the next tier accordingly.
Extended plans
3โ4+ months of medication- Ideal for patients seeking maximum flexibility with 3โ4+ months of customized dosing and titration.
- If you are new to GLP-1 medications or have not taken one recently, you will begin with the Foundation Plan.
- If you are already established, select the plan that aligns with your current weekly dose. Documentation of your current prescription will be required to order a Momentum or Elevate plan.
Monthly plans
~5 weeks per vial- An excellent option for patients who prefer a lower upfront cost or who wish to assess their response to a specific formulation before committing to a longer supply.
- If you are new to GLP-1 medications or have not taken one recently, you will begin with the lowest-dose Monthly Plan.
- If you are already established, select the plan that aligns with your current weekly dose. Documentation of your current prescription will be required to order beyond the starting dose.
- Monthly plans are typically dispensed as a single vial and are intended for use within five weeks.
