Lipotropic Medications

Lipotropic medications may help support metabolism, energy, and liver function as part of a broader wellness plan. Often used alongside healthy nutrition, regular movement, and weight-management treatment, lipotropics may assist the body in processing fats more efficiently while supporting overall metabolic balance and daily vitality.

Lipotropic Medication

Lipo-C

Methionine & Choline (MC) L-Carnitine B5 (Dexpanthenol)

What It Does

Lipo-C is a custom lipotropic blend of MC, Carnitine, and Vitamin B5 meant to increase natural energy levels, activate and support weight loss, help regulate sleep, increase mood & mental clarity, and boost the immune system. It’s especially effective in promoting fat metabolism and liver detoxification while supporting improved energy and focus. Lipo-C can be an excellent addition to a weight loss program, helping to optimize fat burning and support the body’s natural detox pathways. When combined with a healthy lifestyle, Lipo-C can offer a meaningful boost in achieving and maintaining weight and energy goals.

Key Ingredients

Methionine & Choline (MC) — Lipotropic nutrients play an important role in the breakdown and metabolism of fat in the body. These compounds enhance the liver and gallbladder’s role of decreasing fat deposits and speeding up metabolism of fat and its removal. MC is the foundational ingredient within Lipo-C injections.

Dexpanthenol (Vitamin B5) — Critical in the formation of Coenzyme A, a molecule that helps a large amount of enzymes function in the body and for energy production in general.

L-Carnitine (amino acid) — Amino acids are required for the transport and breakdown of body fat for the generation of metabolic energy. Studies show that supplementation can decrease overall fat mass, preserve muscle during exercise, and reduce muscle fatigue.

Dosing

Low — 1mL (100 units) weekly Mid — 1mL (100 units) 1–2x weekly High — 1mL (100 units) 3x weekly

We recommend starting at the Mid dosing level for most patients. You can titrate up or down based on your individual response.

What It Does

Lipo-Mino is a custom lipotropic blend of MIC, Carnitine, Pyridoxine, Cyanocobalamin, Thiamine, and Riboflavin meant to increase natural energy levels, activate and support weight loss, help regulate sleep, increase mood & mental clarity, and boost the immune system. Many patients use Lipo-Mino as part of a broader health plan to enhance fat loss, boost metabolism, and increase vitality.

L-Carnitine (amino acid) — Amino acids are required for the transport and breakdown of body fat for the generation of metabolic energy. Studies show that supplementation can decrease overall fat mass, preserve muscle during exercise, and reduce muscle fatigue.

Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) — Vitamin B6 is involved in the process of making serotonin and norepinephrine, as well as the formation of myelin and red blood cells.

Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) — Vitamin B12 plays a key role in fat metabolism, and a deficiency can be linked to increased fat accumulation and obesity. Increasing your intake of vitamin B12 can help fight fatigue, boost energy levels, and speed up your metabolism.

Thiamine (Vitamin B1) — Often referred to as the “anti-stress” vitamin because it may strengthen the immune system and improve the body’s ability to withstand stressful conditions. Thiamine plays a crucial role in certain metabolic reactions. Your body needs it to form adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which every cell of the body uses for energy.

Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) — In addition to producing energy for the body, riboflavin works as an antioxidant, fighting damaging particles in the body known as free radicals. Free radicals can damage cells and DNA, and may contribute to the aging process, as well as the development of a number of health conditions, such as heart disease and cancer. Antioxidants, such as riboflavin, can fight free radicals and may reduce or help prevent some of the damage they cause. Riboflavin is also needed to help the body change vitamin B6 and folate into forms it can use. It is also important for growth and red blood cell production.
