Rescheduling & Time Zone Information
To reschedule, review time zone(s), or view your provider’s availability, please reference your booking confirmation email.

Time Zone
All times default to Eastern Standard Time (EST) unless you designated your time zone in the booking app.
You can select the reschedule link to change your time zone and reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your appointment and request a refund, please:

Please note: Refunds will only be provided for scheduled calls that have not yet taken place. If you missed your appointment, you will need to book another appointment.
No Appointments That Work for You?
If you are unable to locate an available appointment day/time that works best for you, please consider submitting an E-Consult instead.
E-Consults are electronically verified and do not require a scheduled appointment with a provider.
Your E-Consult will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.
Why Was My Phone Consultation Canceled?
Your phone consultation cancellation may have occurred for one of the following reasons:
Payment was not received in time. If your payment is not received within several minutes of scheduling your appointment, the system will automatically cancel your consultation.
- Missing or incorrect information
The incorrect state or provider was selected during scheduling
The required New Patient Phone Consult Form or Follow-Up Phone Consult Form was not submitted prior to your scheduled appointment date

Please verify if your transaction fee was processed.
