Why does my vial label show a different dose than what I was told?
At Lavender Sky Health, our tier packages are designed to accommodate a range of custom dosages. Because of this, the pharmacy may list either the lowest dose or a dose range on the vial label for the tier package you received.
This is completely normal and expected with custom dosing plans.
Where do I find my exact dosage and titration instructions?
Please follow the RX Summary for your specific dosage and titration instructions.

This RX Summary will always reflect your most current provider-approved plan.

Log in to your patient portal
Select “Provider Messages”
