Before You Book
- Your New Patient Phone Consult Form has to be submitted before your appointment. This is required — see the notice above. Booking without it risks a reschedule or a cancellation.
- Times show in Eastern Time. That is our default time zone — convert to yours before you pick a slot.
- A full calendar isn't the end of it. We release appointments in short intervals because provider availability varies, so more openings usually appear within one to two weeks.
- You can reschedule up until 24 hours before your appointment time.
Prefer not to talk on the phone? An e-consult is completed through secure portal messages with no appointment at all — see your consult options. E-consults are available in eligible states only; if yours isn't one, a phone consult is the route.
