Care You Can Actually Reach
We are committed to making our website and patient tools usable by people with disabilities, and we treat that as part of providing care rather than a separate technical exercise. A patient who cannot complete a form cannot start treatment, so accessibility problems are care problems.
We work on this continually, and we test and improve as the site changes. Where something falls short, we would rather hear about it and fix it than leave it standing.
What Our Status Means
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines define how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. They set three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Level AA is the level most organizations are measured against, and it is the level we apply.
“Partially conformant” means most of this site meets Level AA, but some content does not yet fully meet it. That is an honest description rather than a disclaimer — a site of this size changes constantly, and newer pages and third-party tools reach the standard at different times.
Some parts of our patient experience run on services we do not build ourselves, including our booking forms, patient portal, and payment processor. We choose vendors with accessibility in mind and raise problems with them, but we do not control their code. If a barrier you hit is on one of those tools, tell us anyway — we can help you around it while we push for the fix.
We may revise this statement as our practices and our site change.
You Do Not Have To Get Through It Alone
If any part of this site keeps you from doing something you need to do — booking a consult, filling out a form, reading your treatment information, placing a refill — you do not have to work it out on your own. Tell us and a member of our team will walk you through it another way.
Ask For Help Directly
Email support@lavenderskyhealth.com and tell us what you were trying to do. Our team can take the information another way, complete a step with you, or send what you need in a different format.
Message Through The Portal
If you are already a patient and can reach the patient portal, a message there goes to the same team and keeps everything with your record. Use whichever route is easier for you.
This page is about the website. If you have a question about your treatment, a side effect, or your dose, send it to your provider through the patient portal so it reaches the right person. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department — as a remote practice we can’t provide emergency or same-day in-person care, since your provider won’t be available every day.
Tell Us What You Found
Reports from the people using the site are the fastest way we find out what is broken. If you hit an accessibility barrier here, we want to know — even if you already got where you were going.
Report An Accessibility Barrier
Tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what happened. If you use assistive technology, naming it helps us reproduce the problem.
admin@lavenderskyhealth.com We try to respond within 3–5 business days.
