

Shipping Address Verification FAQ
See below for more information on setting your shipping address:
Invoice Address Update:
We’ve removed billing addresses from invoices to avoid confusion. If you have an older invoice, you may still see an address listed, but going forward, billing addresses will no longer appear on invoices.
What address is used for shipping?
Medications are always shipped to the shipping address you provided on your most recent form—this includes e-consults, phone consults, refill requests, or wellness order forms.
Please note:
The address listed in your patient portal or on your invoice reflects the original information you provided when joining Lavender Sky Health.
This does not reflect your current shipping address. We always use the address entered on your most recently submitted form.
If your invoice is unpaid and the shipping address on your most recent form submission is incorrect:
Please reply to your initial email with the correct shipping address. Do not pay your invoice until we confirm the update has been made. Your order is submitted to the pharmacy once your invoice is paid. Once your order is submitted to the pharmacy we have no control over the shipping process.
If your invoice is already paid and the shipping address on your most recent form submission is incorrect:
Please email [email protected] immediately with the subject line: “URGENT – Address Update“
Please note:
While we will do our best to update the address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once payment is received. If the order has already shipped, you will need to contact the pharmacy directly for further assistance.
