CUSTOMIZABLE DOSING PLAN

Recommended Dosing Schedule for Initiation of Treatment:

2mg once weekly for 2 weeks

4mg once weekly for 4 weeks (you should remain at this dose longer if you are losing weight consistently)

6mg once weekly for 3 weeks

Recommended Dosing Titration:

Increase by 2mg every 3-4 weeks as needed to a maximum dose of 14mg/week. If you have adequate appetite suppression at your current dose, you do not need to continue to increase. If you are sensitive to the medication or are experiencing any side effects, do not increase your dose. If you had sensitivities to the medication during any point of treatment, you can increase by only 1mg at a time if desired.

Below are the units you should administer based on the dose you are trying to achieve. Please note there are two concentrations (mg/mL). Always check your vial prior to injecting to ensure you are going by the correct concentration.
