Rx Summary:

Semaglutide Tier 2

⭐ Supplied in two 2mL vials containing 10mg total (5mg each) of medication at a concentration of 2.5mg/mL 

For a weekly dose of 1mg, inject 40 units

1.25mg, inject 50 units

1.5mg, inject 60 units

1.75mg, inject 70 units

You should only increase the dose every 3-4 weeks if you are not achieving adequate appetite suppression or weight loss. If you experience any uncomfortable side effects on a lower dose, you do not have to increase the dose and can remain at the lower dose until your follow-up.
