Rx Summary:

Semaglutide Tier 1

⭐ Supplied in two 1mL vials for a total of 5mg of medication at a concentration of 2.5mg/mL 

The starting dose is 0.25mg (10 units on syringe) for 3 weeks, 0.5mg (20 units) for 4 weeks, and 0.75mg (30 units) for the remaining 3 weeks. If you achieve adequate appetite suppression or if you experience any uncomfortable side effects on a lower dose, you do not have to increase the dose as scheduled and can remain at the lower dose until your follow-up.
