Information About Your Order
We kindly ask that you review all of the information on this page before reaching out, as it addresses many of the most frequently asked questions
Shipping & Delivery
The total time for processing, shipping, and delivery of your medication can range from 4-10 business days from the date the order is placed on average. Holidays and weekends may add 1-2 days to delivery estimates. Your tracking information will be forwarded to you once the shipping label is created which will be approximately 24-48 hours before delivery. We will not have any updates from the pharmacy until the shipping label posts. Once the shipping label posts, the pharmacy will send you your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please reach out to [email protected] so we can check on the status.
Be sure to inspect your medication immediately upon receipt and compare what you received to your invoice and Rx summary. You should receive everything listed on your invoice in one delivery. Refrigerated medication may be packaged separately from the supplies and non-refrigerated items (such as bioboost), so check your packaging thoroughly before discarding anything. Refrigerated medications are safe at room temperature for up to 21 days, and hot temperatures up to 5 days per the pharmacies. Should there be a delay with your delivery, just refrigerate it as soon as you receive it.
Should there be an issue with delivery or what you received, the pharmacy must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. They require photos of everything you received, including the packaging and packing slip. Please send details of the issue as well as pictures to [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery so we can forward it to the pharmacy.
Medication Information
To find information on your medication (including dosing and vial sizes), please review the Rx Summary for your medication and dose.
Please also review the Self Injection Guide for detailed information on how to give yourself an injection. It includes an important section on how to read your vial and understand the total amount of medication you have in each vial (please note the strength listed in mg/mL is NOT the total amount of medication or the weekly dose – it is a concentration).
Follow-Ups & Refills
It is generally recommended that you reorder at least 2 weeks in advance of your last supplied dose to avoid running out of medication as pharmacy shipping times may vary. Due to their shorter BUDs, for Strive, Empower, and Red Rock orders, we recommend that you reorder 7-10 days before you need your medication due to tighter expiration date windows.
You may complete a Refill Request Form if you do not need a consult. If you do, you may complete a Follow-up E- Consult Form (no appointment required) or you may schedule a follow-up phone appointment on our website. If you would like to request a wellness medication, please fill out the Wellness Medication Order Form.

If you need any assistance, please reach out to us via email at [email protected]. You can also use the Patient Support tab in the patient portal.
